Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Gum Fall mobile application (the "App"), operated by SYSMA ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Distribute, sell, rent, or lease the App to any third party.

3. Advertising

The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that the App will display advertisements. 4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including but not limited to its code, graphics, design, and trademarks) are and will remain the exclusive property of SYSMA and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's operation or servers.
• Using the App for any illegal purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, availability, or that it will be error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
